Tim began his radio and audio career at the age of 12 broadcasting to his mum and dad around the house via an old transistor radio which he somehow managed to convert into a small transmitter. This is also where Tim's love of creating jingles, sweepers, promos and more, all started and has continued ever since.

Many years later, after a brief spell on Radio Caroline on the North Sea, Tim came ashore having survived the great storm of '87 to work at the instore station Radio HMV in London.

 

After spending two years sitting in a goldfish bowl in the middle of the store and being stared at by customers, Tim landed a job on air at the now defunct Chiltern Radio Network where he also produced much of the  station imaging for the legendary Hot FM.

 

Tim's also worked at the Classic Gold Network where he was Head of Production, reponsible for the sound of the station including production of all station imaging.

 

More recently Tim was Head of Production at award winning UK regional station Wave 105, again responsible for the sound of the station, producing all station imaging and promos many voiced by Tim.
